I absolutely love my baby alpaca twizzle scarf - It is so beautifully soft and light but incredibly warm. It's like wearing a comforting hug! My skin is easily irritated by some wools so this is perfect. I had a query about the product before buying and was responded to promptly and really appreciated the personal touch. I received my scarf the day after ordering it. Highly recommend this ethical shop.

Excellent customer service! I had questions about my hat size and Antonia called me and was super helpful. My hat - Sumac model - is fabulous! I first wore it on a very cold winter weekend in New York and not only was it toasty warm but I received many compliments on it.
