Shipping to Destinations within the United Kingdom

Prices are charged in pounds sterling, including V.A.T. our flat rate delivery charge of £7.00 will be added to your order total.

We endeavour to get all order out the same day but depending on the time you have placed your order it may be dispatched the next working day, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, Orders placed over a Bank Holiday or bank holiday weekend will be dispatched two business days following the holiday.

Shipping to Destinations Outside the United Kingdom

If your order is destined for a country outside the U.K. different postage rates will apply. Please refer to the shipping calculator at the checkout for international shipping options and charges.

Delivery Information

Many of the exclusive products we sell in our collection require considerable time to make, and are made in limited numbers and colours. Many items are in stock and will be delivered within a couple of days. If we are out of stock products can be made to order as production times vary, we will contact you to let you know the estimated despatch date for the item you have ordered.

Of course, you may cancel your order at any time before despatch by contacting us. (If you ordered by post and paid by cheque or postal order, your cheque / postal order will necessarily have been banked upon receipt so should you choose to cancel before despatch you would receive a full refund in the form of a cheque.)

You may also cancel your order after despatch within 30 days of its receipt – 14 days for Sale items – by returning it to us in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid or an exchange. Please note: delivery costs are refunded only if you cancel the order by returning it to us, in its entirety, within the 7-day cooling off period stipulated by the EU Distance Selling Regulations. See ‘Cancellations’. Your statutory rights are upheld.
