Returns and Exchanges
All our products come with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should an item not meet your expectations upon receipt please Contact us by email email@example.com or call us on 020 8777 7534 to arrange the return or exchange for your product. The product must be in its original, unworn, unused and unmodified condition. We will promptly and courteously exchange it or refund you, in the same form as the original payment, as you instruct. (NB: postal orders sent as payment for order will be refunded in the form of a cheque.)

For your protection, please obtain the necessary insurance & proof of posting/return when you return items to us as Lacorine Limited cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If you request an exchange, the cost of your returned merchandise will be refunded to the card originally used for payment and the cost of the exchange merchandise will be debited from that card on despatch. If you originally paid for a catalogue order by cheque/postal order and your exchange merchandise costs more, we shall require the additional payment before despatch; if your exchange costs less you will receive a cheque refund for the difference in cost.
Unsuitable gifts may be returned by the recipient for exchange or a refund in the form of a gift card; financial refunds for gift purchases can be given only to the original purchaser.
Exchange merchandise will be despatched free of any additional delivery charge. This includes Royal Mail Standard Delivery only. Requests for Royal Mail Special Delivery will incur an additional charge.
The delivery charge is not refundable after the 7-day cooling off period stipulated by the European Distance Selling Regulations, nor if part of the order is retained. Next Day Delivery are non-refundable as we would have fulfilled that part of the additional service you had requested. Return costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are upheld.
Lacorine Limited kindly requests that all non-sale returns be made within 30 days. Sale returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
If you return goods bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if by returning goods you then fall below the discount/offer threshold as that offer will no longer apply.
